Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Understand the Company products, Competitors, and Business position in the market
  • Manage and analyze agent performance (active status, transactions, retention)
  • Build and maintain relationship with partners (including main agents, coordinators, Field Coordinators, and others partners)
  • Develop sales strategies for EDC, Meterai, E-Meterai, and other products
  • Manage, maintain, and develop Branch e-commerce (Sales of Physical, and electronic stamp duties, etc.)
  • Identify, propose, and implement innovative ideas to generate new revenue streams.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets, preparing plans, and executing the plans accordingly.

Persyaratan

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication
  • Knowledge of PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank), Courier Services, and Agency Systems
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in PPOB or Agency Related fields
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, BPMN, Microsoft Office
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
  • Agile, High level of integrity and proactive, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
